Job Description
Instructional coaching and support for special education staff to improve specially designed instruction in mathematics, specifically targeting the closure of the achievement gap. Partner with educators, families, and communities to provide impactful math learning environments and a range of services for students who demonstrate difficulties with mathematical reasoning and computation.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education and current holder of, or actively pursuing, an Iowa Master Educator License.
- Iowa Board of Educational Examiners license.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based mathematical instruction and interventions that enhance specially designed instruction (SDI) for students with disabilities.
- Experience supporting special education teachers and programs preferred.
