Instructional and behavioral coaching for special education staff to improve specially designed instruction in SEB, specifically targeting the closure of the achievement gap by addressing behavioral barriers to learning. Partner with educators and families to provide impactful learning environments for students who demonstrate difficulties with social, emotional, or behavioral regulation.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education and current holder of, or actively pursuing, an Iowa Master Educator License.
- Iowa Board of Educational Examiners license.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEBH interventions, trauma-informed care, and behavioral strategies that enhance specially designed instruction (SDI).
- Experience supporting special education teachers and behavioral programs preferred.
