Job Description
Instructional coaching and support for special education staff to improve specially designed instruction in literacy, specifically targeting the closure of the achievement gap. Partner with educators, families, and communities to provide impactful literacy learning environments and a range of services for students who demonstrate difficulties with reading and writing.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education and current holder of, or actively pursuing, an Iowa Master Educator License.
- Iowa Board of Educational Examiners license.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based literacy instruction and interventions.
- Experience supporting special education teachers and programs preferred.
